David K. is Great. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient. I needed to have (4) springs replaced due to one breaking. Job was done quickly on the same day of the service request. Overall very Happy!

This is the second time I’ve used Dave’s service, and once again, I had a great experience. He is always punctual, thorough, and detail-oriented. To me, great service is not just about completing the work with excellent quality, but also about taking the time to explain the reasoning behind the work and educate customers on how to properly care for and maintain their garage doors. Dave does all of this exceptionally well. I really appreciate his professionalism, expertise, and willingness to explain everything clearly. I would definitely use his service again in the future and highly recommend him to others.

Dave is exactly what you need when something like a garage door goes wrong. He is honest, fair and hugely competent. He understood my situation and provided a solution above and beyond my expectations. If I have any future garage door issue its good to know there is a guy in my community that is there to help

Garage Door Basics did a great job on two of my garages. I'm an interior designer and general contractor and I've worked with a lot of Garage Door companies, but working with this company was smooth and easy and worry free! I would highly recommend.

I was very satisfied with the work that Garage Door Basics did to replace our old garage door opener when it stopped working. Dave from Garage Door Basics answers my call promptly and came to give me an estimate and did the work the next day . I would highly recommend Garage Door Basics to anyone who needs Garage door work .

Very efficient and knowledgeable. On the pricier side but seems like a very well run operation and David was great to deal with.

Very happy with the garage door repair I received. Dave was very responsive over text, he came out the next day after I texted him in the late afternoon/evening. My garage door opener could only open the door a foot or so before it gave up. He was quick to diagnose AND fix the issue. Rates were as expected for the repair and region. Overall it was a very easy, stress free experience and I would definitely use his services again.

Garage Door Basics was absolutely amazing! My garage door was in pretty rough shape (I messed it up a bit), and I was honestly worried I was going to have to spend a fortune replacing the entire thing. Thankfully, they were able to fix it quickly and did an excellent job!

Their communication was fantastic from start to finish, they were efficient, professional, and the work was great. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I highly recommend Garage Door Basics to anyone needing garage door repairs!

Our garage door was acting up, closing and opening super slow. I called Garage Door Basics Thursday afternoon and they set me up with an appointment for the very next day. They were quick and right on time. As soon as the technician got here, he spotted the problem in under 2 minutes. Turns out our garage door springs snapped, making it tough for the motor to open and close the door. Dave was super nice and even helped me program our clickers and our app to open and close the garage door. He didn't waste any time getting everything done. He even gave me some garage 101 tips. He was really helpful. I'm happy with the service. Highly recommend them!

I reached out to Dave toward the end of the day, and he still made it work to come by the very next day. Communication was great from start to finish, and he worked efficiently without cutting corners. I really appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me on anything, just honest, straightforward service. If you're having any issues, I'd definitely recommend reaching out to GDB.

We’ve used Dave from Garage Door Basics twice now and have had such a great experience both times. He was originally recommended to us by several neighbors on Nextdoor and now I completely understand why.

Dave is responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and just a really nice guy. He quickly figured out what was wrong, got everything working again, and even went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of before he left.

It’s also pretty amazing that he does this while serving as a firefighter. We feel very lucky to have found him and would absolutely recommend Dave to anyone needing garage door service!

I highly recommend working with Dave from Garage Door Basics.

As a property manager, I know how challenging it can be to find good, reliable people. Dave is one of them. He’s reliable, communicates well, and genuinely cares about his work and his customers.

I have an older, very heavy tilt-up garage door, and David was able to balance it and replace springs for a great price. About a year later, when my opener needed adjustment, he was able to come the same day to make the adjustments free of charge. It’s great to have a reliable, local garage door repair company that is 100% dedicated to great service and building long-term relationships with customers. I rarely write reviews, but David and Garage Door Basics are worth sharing with my neighbors!

I have used garage door basics a couple of times and every time I message, I get a prompt response and Dave is always available to come out very quickly.
He is very professional and very knowledgeable and not only able to diagnose the problems right away, but does a great job fixing whatever the problem is. He will sometimes even try to help me fix the problem over the phone.
I always recommend garage door basics to all my friends and family because I really trust Dave with his recommendations and know that he will do the job well.
